Unprofessional. Unusable Rx written and refused a refund.
Dr. Zaltsberg has the old school doctor mentality where patient care is priority... he takes the time with his patients and asks questions to make sure all needs are met. Dr. Zaltsberg's patients concerns as well as needs come first. My children and I see Dr. Zaltsberg once a year for our ophthalmic needs, however, he assisted in diagnosing my son with an arachnoid cyst on his brain by simply doing his job and checking my sons eyes! I only rated with four stars because his office staff is a bit lacking.
