Dr. Maxwell is the greatest! My wife had plastic surgery in Guadalajara, Mexico and the surgery was a disaster. My wife was draining a liter of fluid from her neck a day. It took three weeks to finally get my wife on a plane out of Mexico to Tucson Arizona. Dr. Maxwell is a good doctor. I would and have recommended her many times. She needs to slow down and be more relaxed as she does seem to rush you at times. It would go a long way to make the experience more professional and relaxing for me.
I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!! I had a rhinoplasty (nose job) by Dr. Maxwell. You wouldn't believe the compliments I get on my nose!!!!!! People actually stop to tell me how prefect me nose is and of course I am completely honest with them and tell them how I got my prefect nose. I use to hate my nose and Dr. Maxwell completely changed that. Dr. Maxwell cares about her patients and she has been doing this for an extremely long time. I would NOT recommend this Dr. to anyone. She performed liposuction on my arms. I had some stippling and tugging of my skin. When I went in to discuss this with her, she actually grabbed my back fat and asked me which was uglier, the stippling or my fat. What a disgrace. I was appalled with the lack of professionalism, let alone my results. I was disgusted, disappointed and would not recommend her to anyone. She wanted her cash and after that she had no regard for her work or my care.
Before I went to Dr.Maxwell, I had seen another plastic surgeon and I thought he would be good until I saw Dr.Maxwell. The experience I had at Dr.Maxwell's consultation was vastly superior to the other plastic surgeon's consult. Dr.Maxwell was an absolutely fantastic surgeon. Not only did she take excellent care of me, but she made sure that I felt comfortable in her and her staff's care. Dr. Maxwell is wonderful. She couldn't be more professional or skilled. She did a face lift and the results are spectacular. I look natural, not pulled. Had a bad chin implant from procedure 30 years ago. Dr. Maxwell redid it at no charge because she is a perfectionist. Her nurses are great and her staff returns phone calls or answers any questions very quickly. I never felt she was rushing when she saw me and she spent as much time with me as I needed. I would go to her again and I have recommended her to all my friends.
Dr. Maxwell is interested in one thing only: money. She rushed me through my consultation, talking to me for only minutes before handing me off to her financing person to collect my deposit. On the day of my surgery (eye lift), she was so rushed that she began to make the incision before I was fully anaesthetized. Follow-up care was nonexistent. Once the check clears, she quits caring. I HAD A SURGERY DONE LAST DECEMBER WITH DOCTOR MAXWELL AND I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER WITH MY EXPERIENCE THE STAFF AND DOCTOR ARE VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT PLASTIC SURGERY
Please do not choose this office for the following reasons: 1. Staff is very helpful as is the excellent anesthesiology staff but the problem is the surgeon 2. Spends literally seconds at first appointment without clarifying what can and cannot be done 3. If choose this office may need a redo and you do not want to go through this a second time
