Always friendly at reception. Nurse was very attentive. Dr. Bernstein always informed and ready to discuss xrays and the solution.

Arrived a few minutes early and had quick but thorough check in. Staff had me back in prep before I sat down in waiting room. Minor procedure performed without flaw, extremely careful and thorough but not rushed. Doctor reviews results and discusses findings. Reviews lab results and talks about options going forward. Very satisfied with Dr. Bernstein as he has been my urologist for over 13 years.
Even though I was late due to the weather, I was escorted, almost immediately to the examining room. Great staff with good humor.
Dr. Bernstein is one of the rare professionals who attracts as an excellent physician and a great person. Very knowledgeable and experienced, very direct and fast, yet polite and attentive.
