Dr. Bernstein stepped in to perform the testing I was there for. I was supposed to see Dr. Graverson but he was called away for an emergency at the hospital.
Doctor got me in right away and explained my options well.
I have being going to Dr Bernstein office for 10 years he is very professional and has always called me the next day if he had to run a test.
Dr. Bernstein understood my necessity for an immediate office appointment. He made time in his busy schedule to accommodate me. This led to the realization of a last minute surgery the next morning. All of this was accomplished with much ease and care. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the time that I first saw him at his office until the surgery was complete.
