I have only been seeing Dr. Gurova for a few months and tried really hard to give her and her so called nurse a chance. It's really sad that Dr. Gurova is probably losing quite a few patients due to Shannon's incompetency. She seems friendly but that's not enough to be a good nurse. I won't be back due to un professionalism.
Dr Gurova is highly educated, very pleasant, listens very intently to you and discusses a solution to your medical problem. I recommend her to anyone seeking medical attention or advice. I am 79 years of age and I am pleased to say she has been my primary care doctor for more than 2 years.
Great doctor but the wait time is absolutely absurd. Expect to be held up in a room for an hour and a half or more. Upon my arrival there were no cars outside in the parking lot so I assumed this would be a somewhat faster visit, but apparently I was wrong. I will be switching doctors as soon as possible.
Dr. Gurova was a very nice and competent Doctor, but her medical assistant Shannan is a complete incompetent nurse aide. If it wasn't for this incompetent cna, I would continue to see her. IT is a shame!
Had an 11:30 appt and so far still waiting at 1:20. Not happy at all.
I didn't have to wait long for my appointment, she seemed to be very focused and remembered small details I had told her. She also was fast to get my lab results from my previous Dr. Sent over asap. It was my first visit. I left with a plan, course of action for my health. She gets down to the point, and very direct. I'm satisfied with the appointment, the staff, and medical care received.
