Took my meta glasses in to get my prescription lenses inserted. Glasses stopped working after installation, and since I didn't purchase through their office, they refuse to help. Could easily have tried to reinsert prescription lenses, but chose to lose a customer. Thank you for the reply, but the glasses were perfectly fine before your office put lenses in. Fantastic Doctor, staff and experience! I was way overdue for my eye exam and was able to get an appointment quickly, which I appreciated given my hectic schedule.
