Super great experience with my Grandpa! Everyone was super nice and patient with us and they had a great saleswoman! We are definitely going back and referring our family to Dr. Kaila as well!
I met Dr Kaila for the first time and was completely impressed with her staff and herself. She was extremely thorough and so easy to speak with and understand as she explained the tests. I was very impressed with her and her professionalism and her staff was equally professional and kind, helpful and courteous. My appointment was very enjoyable. I went in for my yearly eye exam for glasses and contacts during my visit the doctor told me my contact prescription had not changed . I was relieved for me to keep utilizing my remaining contacts . The sample of contacts at the office I was given was the wrong brand even after I asked if it was the correct one cause the name was different same brand acuvue but different kind . The staff said they checked it was . I left when I got home I checked the sample contacts with the ones I normally wear and they were were wrong ones... read more
They left for lunch when I had an appointment scheduled and I was left waiting over an hour outside. Also Left waiting over a month for them to even send in my prescription and still waiting past 6 weeks for glasses. They said it will be even another 2 weeks which will make it 2 months without glasses!!! Unacceptable! Will not be returning. In reply to your response.
