Very disappointed of the customer service, after waiting almost an hour the lady told me my appointment was cancelled, no explanation, no messages no phone calls. I even did the check in the day before.
Be careful when you go this doctor. In fact, you might want to seek treatment elsewhere or at least make sure you get an estimate of the cost before letting them do anything. I went to get a minor, 30-minute procedure, in her office. She never said anything about how much it would cost and, unfortunately, I didn't ask. Well, I definitely learned the hard way.
