So easy to register on phone & set up Telehealth call! I’ve seen 3 different doctors who were all great & helped from the comfort of my home! Front staff is friendly & appointments are made within 30 minutes or less. Now I’m a forever Dr. Gs client.
I can’t thank Dr. G’s staff enough! I went to Dr. G’s Urgent Care for some pretty bad lower back pain, and I honestly had a GREAT experience. I was seen quickly, and the staff was super kind and understanding from the moment I walked in. Took care of me quick
The staff was fabulous. The PA was terrible. She wanted to give me antibiotics and steroids for a virus. She didn’t test me for the flu or Covid. I’m wondering why I had to tell her that you don’t give antibiotics for a virus. Where did you go to school? I guess somebody has to finish the lesson in their class.
The staff were efficient and helpful throughout my visit, from the front desk to the assistant. One suggestion would be to consider adding a female assistant in the back office for greater balance, as the team appeared to be primarily male during my visit—though that may have just been the timing. Most importantly, Dr. G was prompt and effective, quickly providing the solution I needed and ensuring a smooth follow-up with my medication through the pharmacy.
