Prompt visit with medical staff. Addressed my symptoms and treated me in friendly & timely manner. I prefer Dr. G’s .over he ER every time..
This is the worst experience I ever had, I got blood work back in 1/8/25 and it is now 3/15/25 and still a doctor has not read or explained to me my results. Also I paid a co pay of $60 cash and the rep who helped me never put it in the system and I keep receiving notification of a payment that was paid and also now they pump up the price to $110 saying there is a $50 dollar late fee for a balance already paid, I have into the office 6x and I went physical in the office 2x and was promised that it would be fix and nothing ha... read more
Horrible service. If you scroll down you will see many 1 star reviews and followed by what it seems fake 5 star reviews. I will never go back there. I came there as I dislocated my knee cap and was in excruciating pain for over 2 weeks. The process was very unfriendly and the portal they use is not user friendly at all and the staff had bad attitude which somebody would not expect from a place where people go to get urgent care.
