Dr. Grover's office was the only one who called me back on a Thursday afternoon when I had an emergency. My filling had come out and I was leaving for an extended trip the very next morning. I told each of the dentists phone services and Dr. Grover was the only one to find time to see me. We did not leave the office, after X-rays and a temporary filling, until after 6 pm! She and her assistant stayed without any complaints until the job was done. I highly recommend this dentist.
