Doctors are good. Only receptionist are so terrible and horrible.
Hawaii Dr. Greigh Hirata makes big bucks on Guam but threatened if he has to be accountable for medical negligence per local introduced Bill 112-36, he would curtail medical services or stop serving Guam, per Dr. Shieh who said the same. If Hirata is legally accountable in Hawaii, why doesnt he believe he should be accountable on Guam? Guam is a usa territory and deserves the same protections as Hawaii or the mainland states for medical negligence.
