It took multiple phone calls to the new patient coordinator to attempt to schedule a new patient visit. While on the phone with the new patient coordinator I requested an email confirmation be sent to me to verify which office my appointment had been scheduled and time. That email was never received. Frustrated with the process, I called to cancel my appointment and was given the impression that there are known issues. Please remember that staff is every bit as important as bedside manner.

Doctor Seymour is everything you would want in a battle with Cancer. I was diagnosed with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma July 2017. I went to see Dr. Seymour right after I was diagnosed and he got on the ball testing my bone marrow, scheduling my port and then scheduling my chemo right after my port was inserted. He is a very caring and professional doctor that will take very good care of you. I still see him every 5 months for follow up visits after pet scan and blood work. I have been a patient of Dr. Seymour for the last 5 years since I was diagnosed with a blood clot. He is very thorough and listens carefully. He explains everything so you won’t leave with more questions than answers. When I developed a second clot in February due to knee replacement surgery, the ER doctor consulted with him for my immediate care. Dr. Seymour has taken care and control of my affliction for the last 5 years. He is proactive, honest, straightforward and compassionate. As well as at the forefront of new treatments and technologies. His staff is amazing also, Pam at the front and Lauren and crew in the infusion center or all at the top of their craft

He saw my mother and diagnosed her immediately with multiple myeloma whiteout any further testing placed her on appropriate medication and a year later she is in remission. It didn’t hurt he was trained at md anderson. We have his cell phone for emergencies. Who has heard of that ?

The worst doctor I have ever had the experience of meeting. When we tried to ask a question about my husband's cancer care, he asked us if we were going to talk over him. He is very egotistical, and very uncaring. Would not shake my husband's hand when we left because he was afraid my husband would hurt it. Really? This is Texas, ya'll. He's not a surgeon. The ONLY friendly person in the office was the lady who did the blood pressure, weight, etc. The office staff were playing on cell phones
