I went to this physican in their Key Largo office, after having to wait over a week for an appointment. The staff are rude, short and they are focused on money, not their clients. I had an issue with the prescription and called the office, after getting the run around and missing calls, I was finally told that since my "renewal" was a month away, I would need to go ahead and set a new appointment and no help was given.
