Dr.Klis is great it’s his office staff that all need to be replaced it’s so obvious they don’t care about helping patients with anything they’d rather be in their phones or talking. with one another than to actual help a 33 week pregnant mother whose high risk. Fire all your staff and start over!
Klis was my OB 10+ years ago and was great. Fast forward to today, it’s basically impossible to be seen. I had my first apt January 29th to which I arrive and they tell me Klis is out doing a C Section and I can wait if I want. Yeah, not waiting for that so I reschedule. I come back today and I’m sitting in the waiting room for TWO hours just to see Klis walk out and tell his girls he’s leaving the office. Which means I can’t be seen! I don’t understand why they make you an appointment when clearly it doesn’t matter !!!!! Been here in the waiting room for more than 30 min. And who knows how much more to actually see him I believe our time is as precious and valuable as the Drs I mean we are the ones paying our insurance company so the Drs can charge them as much as they want !
Dr Klis is an incredible OB GYN, who ALWAYS shows up! I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone searching for an OB GYN. I recently had my second c section (my first one was with another doctor) but my experience was everything I could have asked for and beyond. Dr Klis cares about the safety of his patients and baby and addresses all concerns putting his patients at ease. Thank you Dr Klis for a very positive c section experience and the safe delivery of my baby girl! You are the best!
