Today was my post-op appointment at Parkhurst NuVison where I had my cataracts removed. This was my second opinion doctor and the answer to my prayer. I was told by my previous doctor that I had cataracts and then he jokingly said "see you in year." He told me that I had to wait until they were ripe before I could have the cataracts removed. I am extremely happy with my vision! I was always chasing where all my glasses were, but now I don’t need ‘em. I can read when I’m in the kitchen, I can read recipes (I can the ingredients which is usually hard on a lot of the things I use to cook with). I work on the computer all the time and I don’t have to use the glasses for the computer, so I’m very happy. At Parkhurst NuVision, they include the entire staff. My entire experiencesayGREAT!! I cannot dasayy enough nice things about how much my vision has improved. There was absolutely no pain or discomfort during the procedure. I can’t to get the othe other eye done. Thank you so much Dr. Parkhurst!

I would like to say Dr.Parkhurst and his whole staff are so friendly. They take the time to listen to your questions. It’s been a great experience and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. You don’t realize how cloudy things are with cataracts. Colors are even brighter now and it’s not like looking through a glass anymore. It’s amazing. Back to 20/20! Can’t complain!

Everyone has been amazing at Dr. Parkhurst’s office. I originally saw him four years ago to get my vision corrected but he advised to wait for the Toric ICL’s because of my vision. After four years, they were finally approved and he gave me a call to schedule the appointments. Now I can finally see without the big clunky glasses and it is amazing. I was recommended to Dr. Parkhurst by my eye doctor and the minute I met him and his staff, I felt that I was in good hands. They explained my options for the lasik surgery and the surgeries went well and I was surprised at how well I saw from right after the first surgery! I had been fighting my vision for part of the year and it was wonderful to see so well again! I want to thank Dr. Parkhurst and his staff for all of their help!
