On my 38th birthday Feb 27 2017 I came into Sutter of Roseville ER with severe chest pain with concerns of a heart attack. My wife had rushed me into the ER that morning after suffering severe chest pain all morning. Upon our arrival I was separated from my wife. While in disorientation this Dr. Gregory Ouligian was brought in to supposedly help address the concern.
