Didn't take my abdominal pain seriously. After seeking a competent opinion, found out it was stage 3 colon cancer.
This was my first visit to a Dr. in 15 years. The interactions I had had in the past with doctors always seemed rushed. Dr. Muns, however sat down and actually had a 30 minute conversation with me about...everything. He took the time to answer my questions and go into detail. VERY impressed after my first appt.
My wife & I really like Doctor Muns. He takes time to talk and discuss issues we might have. Our issue is with inaccurate coding of office visits. We are both being billed for an office visit We have each contacted him via the patient portal & letters. Nothing has been done to correct the issue & now we each have been turned into a collection agency. Medicare says all he needs to do is correct the code used & they would pay the bills accordingly.
I have used Dr. Muns as my family physician for 12 years. He has been very efficient and provides me with good information about my health. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Muns and have referred many friends and family his direction. He has always been considerate of my time, listens to what I say, and has been a excellent doctor for myself and my family!
Had a detailed visit with Dr Muns. Unfortunately a follow up visit resulted in starting over- apparently he didn't take notes of the original visit.
