I was a patient of Dr. Phillips since 2015. I stopped seeing him when Covid hit, but as my problems worsened, my primary referred me back to him, and he graciously took me back. He recently did the MILD procedure on me and so far so good. And his staff were very gracious and professional to me. I'm a retired RN so I ask a lot of questions and observe what is going on around me.
Doctor Phillips seemed good but his office is run terribly. Impossible to get things scheduled. Can’t reach anyone to get things resolved. They say they will return your call but they don’t. They say someone will call you to schedule procedures but they don’t. A doctor can only be as good as his office staff.
Five stars for my first consultation with Dr. Phillips for a degenerative spine condition I have had for several years. Also five stars for the first treatment -- a temporary nerve block -- of that condition. For many months prior to the nerve block, I experienced extreme discomfort when standing or walking for more than a few minutes. My treatment was at 9:00 AM on a Wednesday. That same day I was able to complete three sets of standing exercises -- a ten minute walk on a treadmill and performing two Tai Chi programs, total... read more
Dr Phillips listened to my whining, at my 1st visit. He was compassionate but most importantly , an excellent diagnostician!
Very good
Excellent with patients care and wellness he has helped me with cervical, lumbar, shoulder and hip ailments with his pain management practices. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for relief with out surgery.
Thank you Dr. Greg for all you have done for me! You are always so kind and compassionate and understand the pain I've dealt with. After two surgeries I was still unable to sit for long. Then 9 days ago you did a procedure that has changed my life. I can sit and watch a movie with my husband and actually ride pain free in the car. You performed a 'miracle' in my life. And as if that weren't enough you and your staff treat me with such warmth and respect. Happy Holidays. Dr. Greg! You're the best
I would like to share my experience with Dr. Gregory Phillips. I have been treated by Dr. Phillips for several years now. Initially, I felt he did an excellent job of diagnosing my case and explaining my options. I decided not to have back surgery but instead to be treated by Dr. Phillips and his P.A. Mark Wells. With their help I have been able to live a fully functional and enjoyable life. It’s slow but steady progress. With no surgery. Dr. Phillips is attentive, caring, and on my side.
Words will never express the gratitude I have for the expertise and kindness of Dr. Greg Phillips. He gave my wife the ability to enjoy a life she had lost because of back and neck pain. We call him Greg now, not Dr. Phillips, because he and his staff make us feel so comfortable during our visits.. And his understanding of my wife's medical issues is remarkable. He is truly gifted at helping those in pain get back a sense of normalcy. He did it for us. I would highly recommend D. Greg Phillips!
