Scheduling is the biggest problem....After I had to wait 2 1/2 - 3 Hours past my appointment time on the first two visits, then I left after 1.5 hours on the third visit without seeing the doctor. Listen UP Dr. Henderson, this is nothing short of rude to your patients. Scheduling should be very simple and only occasionally should someone be made to wait more than 15 minutes. The doctor also mumbles using sarcastic phrases and medical "speak" when explaining your condition.
The scheduling templates used for this Dr is horrific. They set appointments and hold you hostage in their office for hours on end. While he may be a great Dr his lack of respect and consideration for his patient's time is nothing short of appalling.
I have had a great experience. I felt very well cared for. Dr. Henderson is extremely knowledgeable about eye conditions.
