Dr. Walton was kind and professional. The staff is available and response times are always quick. They all answer questions and never make you feel rushed.
Dr. Walton is absolutely the best! He is so compassionate, both prior to surgery and then afterwards. Besides doing an awesome job on the surgery itself (I had zero issues during my recovery time period), his ability to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb was so great. Dr. Walton is supported by an all-star cast, both inside the hospital and outside, who were amazing.
I was and am very pleased with Dr Walton and his entire staff. They helped me before, during and after my surgery they helped me meet all of my requirements by surgery time and are still helping me meet my weight loss goals. I am very pleased overall and highly recommend Weight Wise and Dr Walton for any weight loss surgery.
Dr. Walton has literally saved my life. I am 6 weeks post op. My blood sugar is normal and my blood pressure is normal. The team at weightwise is wonderful. You are never on your own! They are always available and happy to help
The staff is very friendly and helpful! I feel that all of them are very knowledgeable and, during this covid time, are excellent to respond to emails and texts. Dr. Walton is very responsive and great with at taking time to answer concerns and explaining what to expect. He is so encouraging which I appreciate very much. I would not hesitate to recommend Weight Wise, and Dr. Walton in particular, to anyone!
I have had such a great experience at WeightWise! Having a patient advocate to help me keep track of appointments and make sure everything got done was a lifesaver! The support groups are so helpful! The day of my surgery everything was explained well and I felt like I was given excellent care during my stay in the hospital! I would definitely recommend WeightWise and Dr. Walton! I don’t think things could have gone any better!
