I am not satisfied with how long it took to get the paperwork to Snell’s. Today is the 5th of November and I still don’t have my back brace. The injection I got in my back did not work. Everyone was nice, but I want relief from my pain. I have suffered with back pains for 38 years and I have only had 2 Doctors that have actually helped me, Dr. Downs & Dr. Rice.
Dr dowd is great always a good experience going there
Dr. Dowd and his staff are amazing! You come across too many surgeons these days who are quick to recommend surgery, but Dr. Dowd isn’t one of them. He took the time to explore all other options first, and only after several sessions did we decide surgery was truly the best path forward.
