Dr. Castello has been our family doctor for almost 15 years and has always provided expert, thoughtful care to our family. We have seen many iterations of his practice but his work has remained consistent and of the highest quality.
If you are looking for a dr that spends the time listening and talking with you, this is the Dr. I've wasted time and money on a few other drs to go over my thyroid disease. Dr.Castello was very informative and ordered the right tests to check. He even checked my other hormones as they can mimic thyroid symptoms. Very pleased.
Very rude reception office manager. She does not know how to handle patient concerns regarding lab work and concerns that patients have. My only complaint is the office manager and not the doctors. I don't know if I will ever go back to this practice based on the office manager attitude. She did not try and resolve the issue that I was having and never tried to give message to doctor regarding my concerns. I will only go back if I speak with the Doctor and discuss my concerns regarding the
