…i just don’t understand the reviews he receives- dr bell is by FAR the BEST rheumatologist I’ve EVER had! he is thorough, patient, detailed, and he cares- had I paid attention to the “ratings” of others, I would have missed out on phenomenal care- my last rheumatologist had tonsss of 5 stars, so I selected them- ended up being thrown a diagnosis, and barely seen- please know that reviews are only a hand full of opinions- dr bell was the FIRST specialist to make sense of my chronic suffering- and I am so very VERY grateful t... read more

When you have a doctor you expect honesty from him. You want your doctor to engage with you. Humans can tell when they're treated like they are on an assembly line. We can also tell when a doctor doesn't really care. One thing that is really sad, is when you try to tell your doctor about whats going on with you and he's not really listening. But he's quick to prescribe something that doesn't work for you. And then gets an attitude when you start having questions & concerns about the process of things. I was told I didn't have Raynards..., Dr.Bell took me off my medicine... I went to seek out 2 different doctors, both said I had Raynards.. and that my hands staying red all of the time was common..Both doctor's looked at my test results and hands and came to this conclusion..I am now going to a vasular doctor thru St.Francis and started taking the same medicine again that I was previously prescribed.... Smh

Dr. Bell is clinical and cold and does not have the bedside manner that a doctor should have. He does seem to be very interested in his patients and seems to be there solely for the dividends.
