Since Dr Barner retired and left his son in charge this place is going down hill fast. Most dentists come see you after a cleaning. We (whole family) have not seen a Dr there for the past couple of cleanings to come check on our teeth or even say hi. They just clean and send you on your way. We were directly told that he was going through a really bad divorce and has not been around in a while. This has been for 2 years now. Even the (very nice) staff laughs about it.
I was a patient of Dr. Philip Barnet for over 25 years and he was incredible at his job and very personable. Unfortunately, he retired and his son took over the practice. He didn't show up for quite a few visits, basically never came to the office. And I feel as though he was more interested in the dollars and what he could do to make money than what was best for my teeth. Not taking new patients.
I am 76 years old and have been blessed for most of my adult life with having Dr. Philip Barner...and now having Dr. Greg Barner...for my dental care ...and I have required quite a bit of care over the years! My smile is a bright one I can never be ashamed to send your way, thanks to them and their hygienists and nurse assistants. Also...you will never find a more accommodating office staff....so patient, kind, welcoming, personable and knowledgeable regarding my dental plans over the years.
