Rude Receptionist – Receptionist was extremely rude. Because of a misunderstanding about the time of my appointment, I was treated like an errant child and told I would have to reschedule even t hough I was 30 minutes early for what I thought was the time of the appointment. I was 30 minutes late for the actual appointment. The rescheduled appointment would have been for 10 weeks later. I left and made an appointment with another doctor for the next week.
