I have been seeing Dr. Greg for almost 20 years and I love him. He's kind, considerate, fair; and really knowledgable and skilled. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If you miss an appointment, it can take a while to reschedule, so I understand another reviewer's frustration, but I think it is because both brothers are excellent dentists and their practice is full! I’m trying to schedule an appointment it’s been already 5 days. The secretary doesn’t want to schedule an appointment and keeps postponing and feeding me with a lie that she will give me a call tomorrow. Tomorrow never happens. I explained her that I have a 3 month old baby and couldn’t come for a visit for a year and need to schedule an appointment. She ignores this information. Horrible service and staff. Very unpleasant.
Wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone, specifically Greg Chong. I was holding back on this review for years, since 2016 bc I was pretty much at his mercy until my whole case was done. This was such a complex case that I don't even know where to start. We were suppose to redo the color matching on my crown after I got my braces removed which he billed my health insurance for before I switched medical insurance. They charged over $2k, but I was told my health insurance didn't cover the full amount so they went on to charge... read more
Dr Alan Chong has been my dentist for many years and he and his team are wonderful. Very diligent, calm and funny. I highly recommend him
