I have been going to Dr. Imperial for many years and I would, and often do, recommend him to others. His staff is pleasant and professional.
On two different occasions, I was left waiting for over an hour with no explanation, and worse yet, no apology. I told him about crippling chest pain I've been having as a result of my GERD, and he still won't send me to a GI doctor to have it looked at further. Won't take me off atenolol despite its link to diabetes, something a DOCTOR should know and reputable journals and articles show. Wants ME to bring in the article. Blood on the curtains in the room. Indifferent receptionist.
