On 10/15/20 I spoke to Terrie in billing and she told me she could give me 60 days to make my payment to them. I called on 12/1/20 and left a message for her and she never called me back. I called again on 12/4/20 and without telling me, Terrie transferred me to another woman, I believe her name was Claire (not sure) and she told me that my account was sent to collections last month and she did not show any notes that they would give me 60 days to make the payment.
