This is my first negative review of a business. I genuinely think that most issues with busineses are mistakes or misunderstandings that can be worked out. Unfortunately this office didn't feel the need to even discuss my concerns. I had questions and concerns about the treatment my child received, and was told Dr. Weinberg would call me, but he never did. I followed up 3 times and was ignored. After a full year of being on a waitlist for my sons teeth, dr weinberg saw us immediately and came up with a dental plan that would tremendously help our 5 year old non verbal son. This was the first dentist here in the quad cities that did not turn him away for being autistic and I could not be more grateful to him and the entire staff for making us feel seen and heard. You and your staff are truly what this world needs now more than ever. Thank you.
