Dr Trottier is an amazing person but unfortunately the receptionist (Karla) he appointed is the reduest person one can ever come across. She literally yells at patients. I called her almost every week and never got any call back. I had to cancel the surgery because we are gonna have our baby delivered soon and I have to be with my wife and told her to cancel it which I initially said yes to but she is such a stupid person who never called me back and yelled at me. This type of person should not work in health sectors.
Dr Trottier needs a new receptionist the bedside manner is terrible
