I have been going to Epic for a while now, I didn’t have a lot of positive experience with dr Ted or Dr Greg. I do like pa Deena. However I’m having major issues with prescription refills. Ridiculous situation
I went in with a severely painful neck and tingling fingers. Without any testing whatsoever Dr. Greg Neman sent me to physical therapy Twice a week with zero disregard for wasting my time/ me having to take time off work for “carpel tunnel”.I guess so he could milk the insurance company? Any way, I got a second opinion/mri and it turned out I had 3 badly herniated discs in my neck that needed immediate surgery . It seems this man chooses profit over people just like insurance ceo that got whacked. I do not recommend trusting... read more
After years of dealing with unprofessional support staff, I am leaving this practice. The physicians are great, but the support staff needs some customer service training. My complaint about a recent call to office manager about the level of disrespect I received when I asked for a message to be sent to a doctor, didn't even begin or end with an apology.
