Great Optromatist, extremely knowledgeable, clearly explains everythingconcernin Dr Ramer ihighly professional in his field and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Cannot say enough about the friendly, courteous, and professional staff.
My husband and I were very impressed with the efficient, friendly staff, the office space and the state of the art equipment. Dr. Ramer (Greg) provided the most thorough exam we've ever received, and made us feel welcome and valued. I reviewed Healthgrades before making our appointment, and hoped the rating was justified. The 5 Star rating isn't enough to describe our satisfaction with our experience at Ramer Eye Care.
Dr. Ramer is the absolute best optometrist I've ever been to. Highly recommend him to any and everyone!!!
Great doctor and wonderful staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate their patients. Extremely pleased with my exam and got a great deal on my frames, which I love!
My first few visits were very good, staff was great until I said I might go to opthomoligist for a 2nd opinion. Asked to pick up my medical records; office didn't have them ready then said they would fax them; I asked to sign an authorization form & office said not necessary; I asked them to call to let me know when they sent fax; got the call within 1 hour that fax went thru; at appt fax was not received; signed form to have records sent; yeear later nada! Records now there! UNETHICAL
