Complete morons. I received some quotes form them on some properties I own. I choose to use Tru Green instead. What do these idiots do..... They service my properties anyway and try to bill me. I called to tell them I never approved any work to be completed and they tell me they are sending the invoices to collections. I then ask them to provide me any proof that I agreed to services or any contract I signed. Of course nothing. Complete morons. Do not use them
Run!! I have had numerous lawn care companies throughout the years. Dr Green is unprofessional, unethical and just a terrible company to deal with at best. After cancelling service last year they showed up and fertilized my lawn this year because I did not cancel within at the appropriate time. After the customer service agent, Amber, hung up me I called back to have her offer to split the cost of the service that I never ordered. How generous!! Horrible Company to deal with. I was using them to take care of several properties we manage and this company is clueless. Burnt all of our properties grass, always billing issues... even though we paid in full in the beginning of season, missing deadlines, can never get anyone on phone, and they over charge. There is more just do not have time to list it.
