Dr. Lohse and PA Darcy was willing to see our daughter on a very short notice (late night call to next day early morning appt). We were able to book with him very quickly and they immediately took X-rays to see how severe the problem was with her elbow. They both have excellent interpersonal skills and provided highly quality expertise. I normally don’t give out 5 stars but they both deserve it. Thank you! - Henry ( Olivia’s dad)
Dr. Lohse is special. It’s great that the elbow feels better post surgery, but there are a lot of good surgeons in the world. Dr. Lohse goes the extra mile in everything. He’s pleasant, personable and most importantly clearly cares. He just left me MRI results at 7:15 at night because he knew I’m fretting about them. Top class doctor and top class human being.
Three visits for broken ankle at Weeks 0, 6 and 11 after break. Very friendly and approachable, gave excellent consulting, explained situation clearly, answered questions well, always upbeat attitude, gave good recommendations.
Exceptional caring service by both Dr. Lohse and Erin. They really aim to care for their patients and heal the ailments; which is uncommon in today’s health care system. Five stars, highly recommend.
Excellent communicator, listener and surgeon. I was apprehensive about surgery and long recovery of my dominant hand after a UCL tear of thumb. He discussed both the non-surgical and surgical options laying emphasis on pros & cons of both and how post surgical recovery could be moulded to my occupational demands and lifestyle. 3 months post-surgery, my handwriting is back to what it was pre-injury, thanks to an understanding and skillful surgeon!!
Honestly one of the best appointments I have had with a Doctor. Dr. Lohse is an excellent listener, excellent communicator, and explained several treatment options. The appointment was not rushed, you can tell he cares deeply about his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Lohse

Dr. Lohse is a great surgeon and a dedicated physician. There are a variety of ways to treat my chronic hand condition, and he took the time to discuss them. He also recognized my own knowledge and experience of this condition from a lifetime of dealing with it and asked great questions that led to the best intervention. Very good!
