A greedy dispassionate Dr Frankenstein. I walked in his office with a gapping hole in my front tooth with intense nerve pain. He offered me extra strength Tylenol and gave me no other options but to go to “ his” oral surgeon and have ALL my top teeth pulled!! It was also delivered to me in an incredibly cold confusing word salad that only brought me to tears! Dr. Pinney is the best Dentist! Today had a crown installed and everything was done perfectly. His staff is amazing and it feels like they really care about their patients...if you need to see a Dentist...this is the way...
Very professional and caring office staff. You know your costs upfront. Scheduling to your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Pinney and staff to anyone looking to start with a new dentist in the Lake Mary/Sanford area.
This office staff from beginning to end just plain amazing. I am a patient since Dr Pinney started this office, he has been awesome. My biggest and most important experience was with my mother who suffer from dementia and how grest and considerate they all were.
