Great customer service. Maria, the hygienist is so gentle and thorough! I love that they coordinate my care with my periodontist, Dr. Cote.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this doctor and his office. I found him to be extremely condescending, and he was unresponsive to my concerns when it mattered most. His office manager, Mikaela, was so loud that my private health information could be heard from several rooms away. On top of that, I felt the doctor was very pushy when it came to treatment options. The lack of professionalism and respect for patient privacy was shocking. I would give less than one star, but that is the lowest score.
A greedy dispassionate Dr Frankenstein. I walked in his office with a gapping hole in my front tooth with intense nerve pain. He offered me extra strength Tylenol and gave me no other options but to go to “ his” oral surgeon and have ALL my top teeth pulled!! It was also delivered to me in an incredibly cold confusing word salad that only brought me to tears! Dr. Pinney is the best Dentist! Today had a crown installed and everything was done perfectly. His staff is amazing and it feels like they really care about their patients...if you need to see a Dentist...this is the way...
Very professional and caring office staff. You know your costs upfront. Scheduling to your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Pinney and staff to anyone looking to start with a new dentist in the Lake Mary/Sanford area.
