Called to make an appointment for my son. The front desk lady is very rude. Almost like she didn’t want the business. Learn how to speak to people on very sensitive subjects. As patients we don’t always have the answers, that’s why we are seeking professional help. Get a new job that doesn’t require you to be speaking with people.
Dr. Lipper is the BEST dermatologist. He is equal parts intelligent, charismatic and thorough.

I called on Jan 22nd to schedule an appointment and was told the Doctor wasn't scheduling Southbury appointments till June. So I asked if I could make an appt in Danbury and was told that would be June as well. Five to six months waiting period to see a doctor speaks volumes about health care in the United States.
Dr Lipper is great, making the appointments and finding the practice are all very easy. The staff is very nice, with the exception of the woman at the front desk who is very unfriendly.
