Dr. Etienne listens to his patients. He explains the problem and the soulution. He has replaced both my hips. The healing process and down time was no more than 4 weeks. I was driving and walking with a cane in one month.
He is professional, warm and caring. He explains the diagnosis and treatment plan excellently. I would and have highly recommended him to others.
Dr. Etienne and Alex are an outstanding team and I trust their diagnoses and follow their recommendations.

I am a nurse that worked at a different facility than OSS. Dr Etienne came highly recommended. He is an excellent orthopedic surgeon ! I had bilateral knee replacements, nine weeks apart. Dr. Etienne performed a total knee replacement on me five months ago. I was in horrific pain before surgery—had been for 15+ years. His expertise has made such a difference for me. Dr Etienne was easy to get an appointment with. Once he saw me he diagnosed my problem and advised we may have to go through some steps with the insurance company to get the surgery approved for a total hip replacement. He put me on medicine but informed me the X-ray showed bone on bone and the only way to permanently get rid of the pain was surgery. I had bilateral knee replacements on June 6th. Dr. Etienne was awesome before and after surgery. It was hard at first, but encouraging daily visits from him while in the hospital. I am almost 6 weeks out and doing wonderful. If you listen to the Dr's and Physical therapist, you will do wonderfully. I am so glad that I went to Dr. Etienne. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Etienne is one of the most loved doctors that I have ever dealt with. He is very kind and personal with his visits...HE CARES! He replaced both of my knees and I have been fortunate in not having had any problems since then. I would recommend him to everyone that is considering having an operation or just an office visit.
