While Dr Kim is undoubtedly caring, exceptionally well-qualified and experienced her communication in English is not easy to follow. If I did not have a medical background I would have been floundering to understand what she was saying.
Long wait, quick exam. – I waited 1.5 hours to be seen by the doctor. Meanwhile, an assistant conducted the actual vision exam. She was very unprofessional, complaining about her co-worker (who had checked me in) the entire time. They dilated my eyes without asking me if that would be OK - it wasn't, since I had to drive home and I'm too light-sensitive to do so with dilated eyes.
