What a disappointing front desk. I called on 8.3.2015 for an appointment and was told I needed a referral from my personal physician. My doctor faxed the referral to the Medeiros office on the same day. As of today (9.1.2015) no one has returned my repeated calls to allow me to schedule an office visit. I worked in the healthcare field for many years. Usually how the front office runs, so does the back. That's not saying much about Dr. Medeiros and her staff. Thanks but no thanks....
