The dermatologist is excellent but the staff is inefficient and irresponsible. Left a message for the doctor twice or thrice but even after a few weeks, no response. Ended up revisiting my old dermatologist out of town who addressed the concern in a few minutes. I hope such a lovely and diligent dermatologist has a befitting staff.
