Dr Pachigolla, it was a pleasure meeting you as a new patient. I was with my former Opthamologist for 8 years and had an easy and comfortable reporte with him. I was a bit nervous starting over with someone new. When you entered the room you immediately put me at ease with your friendly and professional demeanor. You provided a very focused, efficient and professional exam. I received expert care with minimal waiting time. Thank you Dr. Pachigolla!
I love these people... from the young women who greet you at the front desk, to Amanda who poked, prodded and dilated my eyes, to Alyssa to had me looking at green lights, to Dr. P herself. I could adopt them all... in second thought, nevermind adopting them. Their service was fantastic...
