They are short staff everywhere but when you have that one front desk and no one else to help you and understand your medical needs it breaks my heart to see my daughter call to schedule her surgery and hear the attitude of this person let me tell you no one can understand her situation but my daughter but for you to be so heartless I hope you can find another clinic to get treated with care we don’t have a choice the Dr is a professional but his staff is not kind
Dr Ofikwu knows his stuff! His knowledge of his profession along with bedside manor are hard to find. I had a colon resectioning last month and everything healed and progressed exactly how he described. Thanks to him I am all healed up and finally back to my normal life after several months of infection and illness.
Dr Ofikwu saw me in the ER two years ago I was experiencing severe pain and he told me it could be a stone that passed through and caused a blockage in a bile duct. But the pain stopped so I didn’t listen to him when he said it could happen again. Well it did happen again two years later. A Stone broke through again. It lodged in a bile tree and had to be dislodged endoscopically. Two days later I had laparoscopic surgery to remove the gallbladder. Really didn’t like Dr Ofikwu. Not only was he hard to see when I was in the hospital, the staff at Saint rose said he wasn’t available well come to find out his wife was sick or something. When it came time to schedule with this doctor the staff wasn’t gonna schedule me until I said he was supposed to see me in the hospital. Upon seeing him today 6/24, he told me to deal with the pain I am having until I get a MRI. I had decided to go out of state for a 2nd opinion as this doctor seemed to only care about money
