Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I usually look for more in a doctor. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update it a little more.
