Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I usually look for more in a doctor. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update it a little more. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long
