Hands down my favorite ortho doc. Excellent care for my knee replacement. He is kind,patient and listens without talking over you. His entire staff is great too.
Only criticism I have is very long wait time for staff to return phone calls with questions. Very irritating to have to wait 24-48 hours.
I absolutely recommend Dr Glenn Kerr everyone that I know and most Of them already are patient with Dr.Glenn Kerr. He is the most wonderful and attentive Doctor that I have met in My 78 year's. I have high regards for Him he is more then my Dr.He is a Friend to me,he has the most Fantabulas Spirit about him . He talkes to not down to you. In my Book he deserves 10. I've had both hips replaced by Dr. Glenn Kerr and his caring staff. I've had some other orthopedic issues as well and I feel like my concerns are heard and addressed. Moving from daily pain back to enjoying everyday life is a wonderful thing! I highly recommend Dr. Kerr and the OrthoVirginia team at St. Francis. The hospital, nurses, PA and physical therapy team all provide excellent care.
Dr. Kerr’s staff treated me like I was the only patient they had on what I knew was a very busy day. Dr. Kerr is the rare breed of surgeon who is highly skilled at what he does and also personable.
I am very satisfied with my recent visit to Dr. Kerr. His common sense approach with minimal testing is greatly appreciated. His gentle manner, confidence, and good listening skills resulted in my high rating.
Having been in healthcare for over 20 yrs prior to retirement, I have knowledge of the physicians I would go to or recommend. Dr Kerr is an attentive, caring and exceptionally knowledgeable in his specialty.
Dr. Kerr is a absolutely wonderful orthopedic surgeon who cares for his patients like they are family. I highly recommend him for knee problems which is what I see him for. Dr. Kerr took on my care after another surgeon had caused me severe injuries which made my care very difficult. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. P. S. I had 5 specialist refuse my care because it was to difficult for them, he took it on without any doubts that he could help me.
