Dr. Jackson is not only an incredible dentist, he is kind and compassionate. His staff is amazing.
Nicole is amazing with kids! My 5 year old daughter has been scared of the dentist her whole life. We switched here and in two visits she went from barely opening her mouth and crying to an actual cleaning with real tools today! Nicole kept her calm and went slow, explaining everything as she went, she is just incredible with kids and they love her too!
I moved to Maynard a few years ago and first had my teeth cleaned at Dr. Jackson's practice. It's a busy place with lots going on. Dr. Jackson saw me this past Friday and created a "miracle". I had an old crown with a failed root canal. I was worried I would need an implant. Dr. Jackson spent two hours on my tooth and saved it. He cleaned up the base, built up the base, created a new crown and off I went. I am very impressed with the care I received. His assistant is very capable, funny and she made me feel very comfortable.... read more
I am so impressed with the expertise and kindness afforded by this office. Dr. Jackson is top notch and his staff the same. I am treated with respect and could not ask for better dental professionalism.
Excellent team!! I used to be terrified of the dentist, but ever since I started going here, I'm not afraid. Mitra always takes pride in her work. She's caring, patient, friendly, etc.. She makes me look forward to going to the dentist! When I had my first cavity after getting my braces off, I was so nervous to the point where I was in tears.
