I did not have him personally only my kids but he's not the issue that hole office is very unprofessional and unorganized! I had a 1:00 today with my 3 kids had to take them out of school early one of the receptionoist calls me last minute to cancel this happened to me several times so now my kids are out of school for no reason. I feel like I let my child down by allowing him to work on her. Dr Glenn Marie told me he wanted to put sealant on my 3 year olds teeth. Next thing I know he's drilling into her teeth with no Novocain or pain management at all!!! She has a hole in her front teeth from him she was in pain and scared and bit him. She is now so traumatized from him she cries hysterically when she goes to the dentist. Now we have to have her put under this week to fix the hole he left in her teeth!!! Cleaning took 2 seconds didn't even know it was the cleaning didn't even rinse or get told to rinse 1st time in office NEVER saw the dentist staff, joke, patients horrible , rude , nasty etc???? Never going back
hygenist offers evening hours and cancels, I had 3 appointments rescheduled because they had to leave early. The day I finally show up for my appointment they tell me the doctor left early before my scheduled appointment time and I was never notified. very unprofessional and such a waste of my time, I definitely do not recommend this practice.

This place is a joke!!!! They need all new staff. Perhaps some women (or men) with some form of education and moderate customer service. The staff is rude and unprofessional and probably know more about Starbucks cups sizing than they do about sending a xray email to another facility. I was told my child needed 4 root canals (she's 5!) And a number of filings as well as extensive dental work in her future years.
