The Doctor and the front desk are great. The billing department is horrible! They sent me a bill that needs to be fixed. I’ve been calling the billing department several times for weeks and they never respond. I even called within the working hours only to get a message saying they are gone for the day and to call back during working hours. I had my complaint escalated to the billing manager only to leave ANOTHER message. It’s been more than a month and still cannot get in contact with them. Dr. Fuchs is great! He is very personable and great in detecting any dermatological issues which need to be addressed. Additionally, a very professional office staff. On every occasion of a visit, I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Love that!

I am sure I am an outlier because I refuse to believe that what happened to me with Dr. Fuchs and his staff, is the norm. I had to cancel an appointment because a schedule conflict. I tried several times the day before the appointment, but did not get through to anyone. On the day of the appointment, I called first thing and was told there was a cancellation fee.
