I really thought I found the perfect dermatologist. The lady was kind and I was hopeful leaving. Once you leave they do not answer their phones. They sent a script to express scripts and the company has not been able to get ahold of them either. Which in turn got my prescription denied and I am now being charged almost $100 for a one month prescription. This is very unprofessional of them. It has been a week of me calling. Over a week. I do not recommend this business.
The Doctor and the front desk are great. The billing department is horrible! They sent me a bill that needs to be fixed. I’ve been calling the billing department several times for weeks and they never respond. I even called within the working hours only to get a message saying they are gone for the day and to call back during working hours. I had my complaint escalated to the billing manager only to leave ANOTHER message. It’s been more than a month and still cannot get in contact with them. Dr. Fuchs is great! He is very personable and great in detecting any dermatological issues which need to be addressed. Additionally, a very professional office staff. On every occasion of a visit, I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Love that!
