Dr.Palermo showed a caring attitude and explain diagnosis and course of treatment that we could understand. Appointment wasn't rushed but he listened to our concerns also. Very personal and friendly doctor.

I received a phone call late on Friday before a Monday appointment informing me that I needed lab work prior to my appt on Monday morning and suggesting that I cancel the appoitment if that wasn't possible. I didn't have any notification that lab work was necessary or paperwork on such lab work. When I tried to cancel my appt. at 4;45 the office was closed.
