Spent way too much time at the checkout desk…. Phone kept ringing and no sense of urgency, rather lackadaisical. The docs and the medical personnel are highly recommended though!!

Dr. Pa;ermo takes time to listen to you and answer any questions you may have. He doesn't rush you out the door. He's a very knowledgeable and kind doctor.

Dr. Palermo was very knowledgeable of my health issue and explained everything in terms I could understand. He has a great bedside matter and look forward to my next visit with him.
Though I was being treated (and still am really) for a specific blood problem, I shared a new, possible lung cancer found by another physician with Dr. Palermo and he has shared in his concern for treating this new area. He always takes the time to fully explain, discuss and offer treatment for these cancer areas with me. A very personable and gifted man.
I find the whole cancer business wonderful. Everyone there are very friendly and helpful.
Dr Palermo has a great staff. The wait times get long at times but I guess that can’t be helped.
