Dr. Girault is a good Dr. I would recommend her to anyone. Her reception is awful. They don't take messages, they don't answer the phone, they get your appointments mixed up and they have Dr girault discharge you. I know because I love Dr. Girault and they hey didn't take my messages had me for miss visits and no show when I called on emergency when I couldn't make it to the office. And I never had a no show.
Was trying to become a patient and got off work an hour early to go,only to discover they have the wrong address on Google after getting there and calling. I wouldn't have been able to make it in time before closing and there was no offer to wait. 27 miles out of my way in my gas drinking work truck. I may try again and if their service is awesome I will change my review but I'm sure I'm not the first person that had this problem
I can not believe this Doctor is still practicing Pain Management. I had her as my pain mgmnt Doctor several yrs ago & all she wanted to do was terminate my pain meds. I was born with a very rare gentic disorder, Variegated Intermittent Porphyria; whereby ,I live with abdominal pain for over 30yrs. I changed doctors when I learned she was not in the office to sign my scripts or answer my medical questions. Absolutely the worst pain management l've been to. Dr Girault injected me with steroids knowing l was allergic to them.l only found out from info on my insurance E.B.O. Her staff is terrible,won't answer the phone or give an appointment. Wait times are at least 2 hours due to overbooking. Her P.A. Sabrina is cold and uncaring. She refused to give me medication until l received a spinal injection which was supposed to be only lidocaine.My pain score was 8-9 for 7 months before l got tramadol which made me feel worse.
